Draft Lottery

The draft lottery is modelled after the MLB draft lottery begun in 2023, adapted to 16 teams instead of 18.

For both the Lottery and Standard Draft Order, the default order is determined by worst record of Non-Playoff Teams, then DCS losers, LCS losers, WS loser, and WS champ.

The first six picks will be chosen by lottery out of the sixteen non-playoff teams, and the the default draft order will be used for the rest of the draft.
