Added the ability to 'counter' a trade offer - which auto-populates fields from an initial trade as a starting point.
Added the ability to attach trade comments when accepting, declining, or countering a trade offer
Added full history of the season's trade offers to the team trade page.

Season flip pushed back a few minutes after the sim to reduce performance issues
Trade block information will expire at the end of a season
Added timestamp to team trade history page
Added direct link to trades page from trade email notification
