Roster Breakdown

The active roster must have 14 hitters and 11 pitchers (25 players in total). You willare not be allowed to change itthe to different valuesnumber of hitters & pitchers.pitchers (e.g. 13 hitters and 12 pitchers, or 15 hitters and 10 pitchers).

The AAA roster is limited to 10 players total (any combination of pitchers and hitters is allowed) and the Low Minors are limited to 20.20 players total (any combination of pitchers and hitters is allowed).

Drafting & The Low Minors

WhenYour youLow draft players, your low minorsMinors may not exceed 20 players. SoThis ifis especially important to remember during the draft because you need to have room for your drafted players. If you do not make room before the draft for all your draft picks prior to the draft, they will be lost. Depending on your leagueleague’s rules, you may or may not be able to get them back. Make sure you have room before the draft sims on 7/15.

Career

ReflectsAs a player’s career progresses, there are factors that reflect how well the player feels about continuing his career. Players that feel good about their career are less likely to retire. Generally, most young playersplayers, and players that continue to perform well and get playing time in later yearsyears, will still feel pretty good about continuing their careers. The happier a player is, the greater his chance to come back next year. A player who is unhappy with his career has aan fairincreased chance toof endending his career at the end of the season. You can offset a player's desire to retire by giving him playing time, but if he performs poorly, it may do more harm than good.
